Use a non-stick pan or whatever is your easiest frying pan. Pour some olive oil into the hot pan (or use some butter if you prefer)
Open the pack with scissors, gently squeeze the sprouts out and straight into the hot pan. A bit of fluid will be in the pack, don’t worry it’s all good and natural juices!
Stir and roll the sprouts to the pan for a minute or so, to give them some nice brown edges. Add some freshly chopped herbs like thyme, sage or rosemary – or just shred them with your fingers if you want to be quick! Stir for another minute and you are almost ready to serve.
Serve form the pan straight onto your plate. Sprinkle with dried chili flakes and grate some fresh Parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
