Get a pan of water boiling. Add some salt. Cut the green beans in half and cook them in the water for 3 minutes. Take the beans out with a skimmer, run them under ice cold water and set aside. Boil the eggs in the same water for 6 minutes. Rinse under cold water, peel and half them.
Put some oil in a grill pan making sure to rub the oil into the grooves with a kitchen towel. Get the pan on the fire and use the highest flame. Sear the fillet of tuna for 1,5 minute on each side. Don’t touch the fillet while cooking! Take it out and put on a piece of aluminium foil. Top with some cracked pepper. Set aside.
Divide the bag of mixed greens over 2 plates. Open the pack of carrots and divide them onto the salads. Open the pack of potatoes and cut them in half. Add them on top of the salads.
Peel and cut the red onion in strips and half the cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle them onto the salads. Take the green beans and the halved eggs and add them on top too.
With your sharpest knife, cut the fillet of tuna in even slices. Put it on top of the salads. Drizzle generously with good olive oil and top it with a chunky wedge of lemon.
