Take 2 salad plates and half the bag of mixed greens onto them.
Open the pack of beet dices, drain the juice out and sprinkle the contents evenly over the 2 salads.
Break up the cheese by hand and divide it over the salad in large chunks.
Sprinkle the walnuts on each salad, gently crushing them into smaller pieces if necessary.
Generously drizzle with a good olive oil. Finish of with the syrup of Balsamic vinegar.
